archive folder arcconversation
hi - looking at deleting some older files from the server, if I don't really want to go back to jobs older than 4 years, can i delete the folders in manageengine\servicesdesk\archive\arcconversation
and is there other folders in that area that could be deleted?
just so when i do the next upgrade and run a backup, it's not copying a ton of useless info.
