I'm trying to configure ADManager to automatically create the HomeDirectory when we create a user.

This is the result:

Share: \\server.domain\user$\username

Home folder: P: \\server.domain\user$\username

This is what we want:

We don't find how to fill a Home folder different than the share name as the solution do it in one box (see attached).
