Software Deployment is stuck on "In Progress" status for several hours

Hello,

I've reached out to Desktop Central's support team about this issue several times already, but they can't seem to find a solution for my issue. I am using Desktop Central 9 build #92035, I've been attempting to deploy .exe files from our software repository on several client agents and they all seem to get stuck on the "In Progress" status for several hours before I eventually cancel the task. So far, on the client machine I've tried a manual silent install of the .exe file via command prompt from our software repository onto the target client agents and it was successful. I've also tried adding the agent installation location on the exceptions list for the antivirus/malware solution that is on the client machine. If anyone has a solution for this, please help!
