Probleme mit Authentifizierung
Hallo, ich setzte ADAudit Plus in der aktuellen Version als TrailVersion ein. Ich habe eine OU Gruppe als Technicans hinzugefügt. Nach erstmaligem einloggen werden die User bei ADAudit angelegt. Jedoch besteht das Problem, das wenn ich die User aus der OU Gruppe entferne, dies keine Auswirkung auf deren Zugang bei ADAudit hat. Ebenfalls hat eine Passwortänderung am DC keine Auswirkung auf den Zugang. Lediglich eine Deaktivierung des Users zeigt Wirkung. Gibt es hier bereits eine Lösung. Vielen Dank.

Alert on Permission change for a particular folder
HR would like an alert generated anytime a permission change is made to their folders. The alert action will e-mail the HR director. I have figured out how to create an alert action to do that but not to confine it monitor only the one folder/share. Is there a way to apply an alert to on a particular folder or share?
Setting 'Status' in template
When in form design, we set the 'status' field to Mandatory, uncheck 'Requester can set' and check 'Requester can view'. After saving the template, we go to the Requester view design, drag the status field to the layout and save. when we go back to the technician form design, the 'Requester can set' box is checked again. when we uncheck it and save, then go to the requester view, the status field isn't on the layout anymore. see attachments:

Does AD Audit allow the configuration of AD account password reset notifications? Seems like it would definitely do this, however I cannot seem to find it. Can this be accomplished with this product?
DB2 database monitoring - how to manage multiple databases under one instance (one port #)
So far I am only able to add one database to monitor per port number (what DB2 DBAs call the instance). ManageEngine will only allow one database per port number to be monitored. Is there any way to monitor more than one database under a shared port number? DB2 can allow many databases to operate under one port/listener/instance. Thanks much. Jeffrey Benner
SSO not working
Hello, We are trying to setup Active directory Pass-through authentication by following this link http://kbase.zohocorp.com/kbase/ServiceDeskPlus/TroubleShooting/file_100009.html . However, it does not seem to be working. We still see a pop up window asking for login. I see that the computer account has been created in database and Active directory-> Computers. Can somebody please help on this SSO setup, it will be really helpful for our users. Thank you, Usha

Hi Is there a way to view all requests that are not yet finished (= closed or solved). If I choose All requests, I also get the requests that are closed / solved. If I choose Open requests, I only see the requests with status open; the on holds are hidden, though... Thank you for your answer
Can't see full list of event logs
Today i've found an issue that when i set some time interval and apply it and then press on an events count number it only shows 7-10 and do not show scrollbar, even though there are 200-300 of events and it is set to show 100 per page. Patches needed but not showing in Desktop Central
I have a server(s) that report in Desktop Central that they need only 3 updates. When I check if the machine needs update locally (Windows Update) the server needs 21 update. I have updated the Patch DB everyday and reran the patch scan on the server. Still nothing changes. The updates that are needed are a week old. I search for a few of the missing updates in Desktop Central "All Patches", example 3098785 and 3134222, and they are not listed in "All Patches" Please advise

NetFlow Analyser Scheduled Reports
Hi, I have been setting up some scheduled reports in NetFlow Analyser and I can't seem to add any graphs to the scheduled reporting that provides details on the Interface Utilisation. This would be very handy for the end users to see this alongside the application and conversation reports. We have ServiceDesk Plus, 8.2.0 Build 8207, and running ME SDP v2.0.2 on Moto G 2nd gen I have managed to connect via the Android App, but when I view my calls I get nothing in the description field ( screenshot attached ) Although I can see the subject field, I need to be able to see the description aswell. Hi, I am trying to add a new windows monitor for a Windows 2012 server using WMI, but even providing all the details and after a successful authentication the monitor does not get created. Error: 1008 Failed Discovery failed for the configured resource.Refer our troubleshooting section for more details. Diagnose the Problem? Hello, I have created and been using a custom template by editing poprintpreview.html, it has been working great but we need an additional field added to the print. the field is on the form, and can be printed with the original poprintpreview.html file, but when I use the {ADD_VALUE_E} or {ADD_VALUE_O}, but not in the new location in my edited poprintpreview.html.
