Could please tell us when one of approve stage got reject the request should the ticket be open or close?

Because we do have ticket which has 4 stage to approved for the ticket so the first stage has approved and gone to second stage has approved but the three stage has reject the request so the ticket should be close because one of the stage has reject the request
