Exchange Monitoring Setup
I am trying to add Exchange monitoring to one of my exchange boxes. Once i select the exchange version (2010) it is asking for Public and Mailbox store locations. Does it want the path in drive format for that server. so e:\Exchange\ect.....? Also, How do i go back and add more mailbox stores if i just did 1 as a test?
Interface tab with no data
Hi. I just added a Catalyst switch with snmp v.3 configured. The cpu and memory monitors were set ok. But there's no interface at interface tab. I tried to rediscover them, but nothing happens. At Actions / Configure Ports menu, i see the interface list. All of them is there. But still nothing at interface tab. I went to the MIB browser and tried to get the information. It was list with sucess. Any help? I got 10 more switches to add, but i'll only do that if i can monitor all the interfaces. Thanks.

Netflow Plugin No Longer Recognizes License
Since upgrading the netflow plugin from 8500 to 9000, it no longer recognizes our license and restricts us down to monitoring the default 2 interfaces.

OpManager 8811 Monitoring of ESXi 4.1 Hosts
Good afternoon, I have read various threads on this subject and haven't found anything conclusive as to how to fix my problem. I desperately need to be able to monitor our 6 ESX hosts, and despite SSH being enabled on the hosts I am still getting "503 Service Unavailable" when I try to connect to https://<esx host>//ui - if I connect to https://<esx host> I get the 'Welcome' page come up fine. I tried to get remote support via the normal support option last week but until now haven't heard anything
Daylight Saving changes not reflected in OpManager
On weekend there was a daylight saving change that moved time forward one hour in Sydney, Australia. The time showing in OpManager for 'real time' on all servers is displaying 1 hour behind. The time on all servers is correct. As a result scheduled downtime is not blocking alarms from server reboots and other alerts are being sent during the day but showing time of incident as one hour earlier . How can this be rectified? Help with custom SNMP monitor for 3G router's signal strength
We have some 3G routers from Digi that have their own MIBs. We would like to monitor the signal strength. The MIB provided (.1.3.6.1.4.1.332.11.6.3.3.1.4) gives us this as a result: "3 of 4 bars (-83 dBm)". I created a new device template, then created a new SNMP monitor using this OID. However no data gets collected. If I got to a specific devices page and do Test Monitor I do get a return for Monitor Value. I could understand difficulty with this being graphed as it is not a strict numerical value.
Real time traffic widget graph
Dear Team, I came across this unusual behavior on Real Time Traffic widget that displays interface traffic on my routers (in bps). The graph would sometimes show surge in traffic beyond my maximum bandwidth limit - sometimes it would show x200%. I am monitoring 8 interfaces and they would all show this behavior at the same period in time. Doing some investigation by going to each device's monitored interface in the interface's traffic report shows differently - no indication of the surge. How can

Dear OpManager team. I have a pending task at my table. I have to update a lot of servers every day in different random times and right now we get alarms because the servers are down while it is updated and we cannot use downtime scheduler since we won’t know when it will be ready to be updated. Customize Interface monitoring?
I would like to be able to generate an alarm when an interface goes active and the alarm clear when the interface is shutdown. I've not figured out how to reverse the "normal" alarm setting for interfaces, is this possible in OpManager? This is becoming a real problem as when combined with my escalation alarms, when I bring an interface up to test DR circuit and then shut it back down, it starts generating interface down alarms every 5 minutes (as it should for an interface that is not supposed

Can't integrate to OpManger
I am using SDPLus 7.6 and OpManager 8 buid 8024. I want to integrate SDPlus but it is not accepting the SD Login. I am using LOCAL authentication in SD Plus. I've tried with "administrator" and the new password I set. I've also tried with another admin account I set up in SD Plus. Not sure where I'm going wrong.

Hi, Hi, I'm using Opmanager 7027 and I'm having a problem with the sending of notifications SMS. I have as provider the mobile telephony company Movistar and as requirement to send the messages , they most be in plane text mode. I'm using the perfil of mail notification with the format of pane text ( see image SMS) When the notifications are generated, they are in fromat "multipar/mixed" and the server of the mobile company movistar doesn't accept the notifications to comply with the plain text mode.

Monitor a shared AS400 folder
Hi, do you know if there is any chance to monitor an AS400 shared folder with the "File monitor" feature? I mapped an AS400 shared folder on a Windows 2003 server. I added this server to OpManager. Downtime Schedule Issues
Is there a visual method that identifies when a server/group/categaroy is actively being repressed do to a Downtime Schedule? When a Downtime Schedule is in effect, does it simply prevent E-mail alerts from being fired or should it also just "not poll" the object chosen. Alarm if interface utilization is below a threshold
Hi, in some case it will be useful be alerted if the traffic for a particular interface is below a threshold. It should means that the device or the interface is having some problem even if it is not down physically or logically. For example an Access Point that drop all the connections. Is it possible to create an alarm for this kind of behavior? Regards

I have this OID with me .1.3.6.1.4.1.9.9.13.1.3.1.6 but it doesn't return any output. Maximum of my switches are cisco 2960 and I want to monitor the temperature on these devices. Is there a way to generate an alert when a specific process is consuming 'x' amount of memory and then generate an alert? I know NetIQ/MOM/SCOM can but those are agent based monitoring tools. Thanks.
OpManger 8 on Linux with WMI?
I just installed OpManager 8 on Linux as a development test. I currently have OpManager 8 running live on a Server 2008R2 server. Does the Linux version support WMI like the Windows version does? I notice under credentials on my Server2008R2 OpManager install, there is a Windows credential selection and on the Linux version there is not. Is this still a limitation of the Linux install or is there a module that I can load into the Linux version to get WMI compatibility? Thank you.
OpManager Switch Monitoring - Ports marked as Trouble, only some of them trigger Alarm?
We have two switches being monitored with OpManager, both are HP ProCurve 4208vl Chassis switches (J8773A). We're using the Free Edition of OpManager build #8720. When looking at our switches in OpManager, there are a number of ports highlighted with an orange circle indicating trouble on the port. When we click on the port, it shows the Administrative Status as "UP" and the Operational Status as "DOWN". There is no traffic passing through these ports as there are no devices hooked up to the other
