Daylight Saving changes not reflected in OpManager

On weekend there was a daylight saving change that moved time forward one hour in Sydney, Australia.  The time showing in OpManager for 'real time' on all servers is displaying 1 hour behind.  The time on all servers is correct.  As a result scheduled downtime is not blocking alarms from server reboots and other alerts are being sent during the day but showing time of incident as one hour earlier .  How can this be rectified? Version 8721.
