OpManager 8811 Monitoring of ESXi 4.1 Hosts

Good afternoon,

I have read various threads on this subject and haven't found anything conclusive as to how to fix my problem. I desperately need to be able to monitor our 6 ESX hosts, and despite SSH being enabled on the hosts I am still getting "503 Service Unavailable" when I try to connect to https://<esx host>//ui - if I connect to https://<esx host> I get the 'Welcome' page come up fine.

I tried to get remote support via the normal support option last week but until now haven't heard anything back from you guys. If possible I would like to set up a remote session to run through the issue and see if there's a fix, or if it is something really simple then post here. Either way your assistance greatly appreciated.
