the notifications SMS are not sent in plain text mode

I'm using Opmanager 7027 and I'm having a problem with the sending of notifications SMS.
I have as provider the mobile telephony company Movistar and as requirement to send the messages , they most be in plane text mode.
I'm using the perfil of mail notification with the format of pane text ( see image SMS)
When the notifications are generated, they are in fromat "multipar/mixed" and the server of the mobile company movistar doesn't accept the notifications to comply with the plain text mode.
I'm sending the logs.
