Hey Guys, I'm doing a proof of concept with ME MDM software on Android. I added a google account to sync numbers but I want to block the add contact function in the policies but how do I do it? MDM on Surface Pro blocks Mimecast Add-in for MS Outlook
We have recenly been trialling the MDM for MS Surface Pro's running Windows 10, we also run Outlook 2013 with the Mimecast for Outlook add-in. We have discovered that retrieveing email is not possible as Mimecast reports that it cannot connect to the cloud. If MDM is removed it works again. pushing app does not appear to work
Just doing an eval on Manage Engine MDM build 92142, the profile is syncing without issue but cannot "push" google free apps. currently I am testing with two devices which are Samsung Galaxy Tab E (android 6.0.1, Knox 2.6) with sim cards I am able to see the published app in the MDM app on the device and can select to install it from there, Is this the way it is supposed to work? Even by going to Device Management -> Distribute apps -> force and also going to the device MDM app -> device details

Hi, i'm currently testing Mobile Device Manager. I have added a device as corporate, with QR Code enrollment. everything work fine. No I wan't to wipe the device, as if an employee left the company. I am trying to figure out the right way to enroll a Samsung Galaxy S7 Corporate Device. We are a small company with about 30 corporate phones and another 30 BYOD phones. I am using the free version right now with the goal to continue testing and probably move up to a pay version over time. I enrolled one Samsung Galaxy S7 phone by factory resetting it and using the Google User of AFW#MEMDM and enrolling it as a non-Samsung device. It worked great and is still working. With the advent of iOS 11, Apple has made certain behavioural changes to its workflow. There are certain cases where the usual workflow has been modified with respect to MDM processes. Following are the OS-specific changes 1. Kiosk Mode - Missing Restriction Results in Crash
On the Samsung T350 (with KNOX) tablet, you forgot to restrict use of the "multiple apps" soft-key on the bottom left of the device (see attached image). All other keys (home, back, volume, power) can be properly restricted, but the user is still able to crash the app by hitting the "multiple apps" key and choosing "close all". While it is true that the app restarts, all work collected by the app and not yet saved is lost. I was your beta tester for other restrictions on Samsung KNOX tablet devices
MDM Plus Cloud - DPC Enrollment - Play Store Apps not working
Hi I am currently having issues pushing free play store apps from my repository. My devices are set up using your DPC token afw#memdm and are enrolled into the cloud instance fine. I am able to configure a profile and push this out to my devices. These profiles apply correctly. I've configured apps in my app depository, with the correct bundles, and confirmed that the links lead to the right apps in the play store. However these apps do not download when accessed through the ME MDM app. My devices

Force MDM app to sync
Hi, We are configuring a large number of devices for Kiosk mode. naturally, there's a lot of trial and error here. the default sync time for devices is every 60 minutes, which makes it impossible for testing. how do i force the MDM app to sync ? device is enrolled as owner using the QR code option. Corporate wipe not working
There is no corporate wipe. After clicking the corporate wipe, the device goes into a Device Unmanaged status. And remarks Corporate wipe succeeded. All the settings remain on the device itself, the MDM settings are not reset. In MDM it is indicated that the device is controlled and synchronized. Previously, when Corporate wipe, all the data was collected and, when entering MDM, requested new data for registration.

Hello , I have some questions, It is possible to customize the kiosk mode ? Because when i select some apps they are displayed one by one at the left top of the screen , for me it's not really good regarding the design , it would be good to have the possibility to put those apps on the center of the screen. Play Store Layout failed
Whenever I change the layout of the play store, it says it's successfully saved but when refreshing the page it reverts back to the previous setting. The action logs show the message 'Play Store Layout publish was failed for ******** Domain.' Has anybody else had this issue? Unable to Delete MDM Workplace Profile
Hello, I'm unable to delete the AirWatch MDM Workplace Profile. Error is "can't delete account. your company policy prevents you from deleting your workplace account. if you have questions about your policy, contact your company's support person." I found the Windows Profile policy did not allow users to unenroll devices and I made the change to allow users to unenroll. However, the user had already uninstalled the AirWatch MDM Agent app and now the Workplace profile can't sync to the AirWatch server.

Enable Geo location services on iOS devices remotely ?
Hello, I would like to enable Geo tracking remotely for IOS devices . However it appears (see link below) that this can only be enabled manually on each ios device. This is a problem as it means we have to handle each device before distribution . We are using supervised devices which are linked to MDM via Apple DEP . Is there a way to enable Geo tracking remotely ? Other MDM software has this capability so I believe it is technically possible. Please advise. Thankyou. Enabling Location Services
