Fix for the Mobile Device Manager Plus server port in use issue

Greetings from ManageEngine Mobile Device Manager Plus!


A recently released Windows patch causes the restart of an SQL server to fail while displaying an error "TCP port in use", despite the port being free.

 
This issue also affects the restart of the Mobile Device Manager Plus server. A temporary fix to this issue is to restart the system. Windows has provided the permanent solution in the following updates.
