Rolling out a few iPads with iOS v12. With only a few devices I am using the free tier of MDM. One profile is assigned to all devices. Within this profile the passcode settings are liberal. Enrolled Android device stuck in Staged
Hello, I've enrolled MDM to a mobile device with EMM Token. I can see the device in the Staged position and after assigned a user to the device it stays in the Staged position. Under 'Action' column there is 'Reassign User' option but doesn't help. I cannot remove the device as it says 'Only devices in stock or in maintenance can be removed!' Application updates within MDM
Hello, We currently have a mobile device with MDM installed and using PowerApps on Kiosk mode. Occasionally when PowerApps has an update released, it seems like the device is trying to update the app and in doing so, causes the app to hang and the only way around this is to disassociate the profile, update the app and re-associate it. Is there any better way of doing this - potentially not automatically trying to push the update out to the device causing it to hang, but potentially controlling these
Delete an AD User Group
Hi I was testing the new feature of being able to create AD User/Device Groups. Can I now remove AD User groups? I've disabled AD group sync from the Active Directory tab under enrolment but all our AD groups are still listed in the device management tab. When I try and delete one I get an error - "Groups synced from the AD cannot be modified or deleted." Can they be removed?
Profile not being applied to all tablets, only saying 'notification sent'
In some, but not all (12 out of 30) devices are not reporting that the created profile is being applied correctly. The list of devices for this group show many devices as "Notification Sent" and "Profile will be applied next time it is online". However these device to appear to be online. Patched Desktop Central from 10.0.5 to 10.0.54 and now every time I make a change to a policy, profile, etc....I lose contact with the device? Example, prior to our update I could see all devices. Then I made a profile change to wi-fi and pushed the change and now I can't see that device. And on another device I remove the profile then reassociated it and now I can't see it? What's up?
