I have a Galaxy A21 smartphone, with MDM installed and working properly, wallpapers applied, user restrictions, etc. etc.

however the smartphone does not appear in the portal for management, I can’t do anything because trying to enter the pass Revoke Administrator tells me that it is wrong, but tested on other devices is correct and has never been changed.

How can I reenroll the device or at least factory reset it?
