Kiosk mode in Samsung devices without Knox

Hi.

I want to use QR code Enrollement for Samsung mobile phones (not Knox Enrollement). Then, I want to use kiosk mode. There is some problems in this situation:

The kiosk mode is not applied correctly and user can exit kiosk mode easily.
when user reset the phone, he can use seetings and changes every things.
I disabled USB port, but when I connect the phone to computer, I can copy files.

MDM agent is Device owner and the samsung mobiles have android 14 OS. I can use kiosk mode in some other brands without problem.

1. Is it possible to use samsung devices without Knox for kiosk mode? I want to use QR code Enrollement like non-samsung devices.

2. Will the problems be solved by disabling Knox?
