Hello all,
I have the Mobile Device Management Plus web version and I am stuck on how to setup shared devices.
Here is what I have done so far.
I have all my devices add already and monitored. Under App Repository I have added ME Shared Devices for Android.
Under the configuration I have setup the Authentication settings to Zoho Directory in which I have setup three accounts for now. Admin, user one and user two.
Login settings - a message, no terms and no enforce passcode.
Logout settings - session set, idle time set, all other settings off. I do not want to clear the users settings each time as the device needs to be used by more than one person on a day to day setting.
Now here is my problem. It logs in fine with users one and two's login credentials, but it keeps the email and other settings active from whoever setup the system first as in user one. then when user two logs in they can see all of user ones emails and such.
Without wiping the users settings each time what do I need to change in the settings to let multiple users keep there individual settings? As in each user does not have to setup there apps each time they login.
Do I have to change something in Zoho Directory or in Mobile Device Manager Plus?
Any help would be appreciated. If you need more info or want images let me know and I can add them so you all can see how I have it setup so far.
