Enrolled Android device stuck in Staged

Enrolled Android device stuck in Staged

Hello,

I've enrolled MDM to a mobile device with EMM Token. I can see the device in the Staged position and after assigned a user to the device it stays in the Staged position. Under 'Action' column there is 'Reassign User' option but doesn't help.
I cannot remove the device as it says 'Only devices in stock or in maintenance can be removed!'

Can someone help how can I assign a user or how can I remove the device?
