Patches Tab is blank in build 10.0.513
We have an issue where when looking at a Systems Details via System in Threats & Patches, the patches tab is blank. I know systems have patches installed and or missing but the tab is blank. Is this issue isolated to me? or do others have same issue? I've tried Chrome, IE and Firefox with same result.

Report Issues since upgrade
Hello, We recently upgraded from 10+ to the most recent 11+ version. I have reports that are no longer working. This report gives information about tickets which haven't been updated within the last 7 days, it's currently showing tickets that have been updated. Can somebody help me troubleshoot why it's not giving accurate info since the upgrade? LDAP connection with JumpCloud
I have a problem to connect ServiceDesk Plus with JumpCloud LDAP. I've filled in all the data and I'm getting a message that the connection is active, but when I want to import users it shows 0 records each time. Have any of you set something like this up already? Unable to launch new install of SDP-MSP on new OS
Hi, We have installed on the production environment MSP version 9307, a free version. You must upgrade to the latest version. A test virtual machine (Windows 2008 R2) was created to test the update. And it installed version 9307 cleanly. And when I try to run it I can't get past the splash screen and have the message '.\changeJRE.bat' is not recognized as an internal or external command, operable program or batch file. Hi to everyone, I have successfully installed "ManageEngine Patch Connect Plus - Catalog edition" but for each product I see 0 updates requested and therefore I cannot distribute anything. How do I see the software that is missing and therefore need updating? For example "Google Chrome" is installed on many clients but on SCCM I see ZERO updates required .. why? Regards.

Good Morning, i am working on a project to upgrade all of our Windows 10 versions to the current 1909. I am having a problem with some of the previous versions when I apply the configuration. I am getting error "Patch stored location is not available to download the patch from the server." This is happening on the local LAN and on the WAN but I have only investigated locally. ServiceDesk - Resending a response appoints several lines of blank text
I've noticed this recently but I am not sure if this is intentional or not. When i am in a ticket and i go to 'resend' an e-mail, it opens to the reply screen but it appends several blank lines above the original reply. This does not happen in any other situation that i've noticed. An example is below.

'm trying to use the REST API to query a request, but I'm having problems. I'm using PHP. I generated the API key for the user. When trying to query a ticket, but is returning the following error: "3015 Access is denied. Access is denied for the operation [read]." Are there any releases that I need to assign to the user before consulting a request? I didn't find anything about it in the documentation.
Mac OS Catalina installer fails to download
I'm trying to upgrade MacOS to Catalina. The link that DesktopCentral is using to download the file "installCatalina.tar.gz" is https://updates.cdn-apple.com/2018/091-99991-20181030-10052238-C103-11E8-A480-9257C82E983B/installCatalina.tar.gz. "Invalid CSRF Token" error when picking up or assigning a ticket
Hello When we try to pick up or assign a ticket, we get error "INVALID_CSRF_TOKEN". This seems to be happening when we access servicedesk site from outside our work network. We can pick up and assign a ticket within our network. We recently upgraded, and are at latest version (11.1, Build 11105). It was a long time coming, we were at 10.5 Build 10510. The INVALID_CSRF_TOKEN is a new error AFTER the upgrade. This was NOT an issue BEFORE upgrade. Seems that this issue was caused by the upgrade. Any
[RHEL 8] [SDP v11000] Claims port 80/443 are occupied but they are not
Upon running netstat nothing is occuping port 80/443. When changing it from the Web UI it says port 80/443 is occupied. Running the "changeWebServerPort.sh" script results in the same error.
Failed to assign technician
I'm seeing something really weird here and I can't find any commonality. Occasionally, a ticket will simply fail to assign a technician. Here's an example. This is the ticket as it exists. I click on technician to assign it. Click the check mark to save it. I get the pop up that says it updated But the ticket remains unassigned: Help.

This has been an issue for a good number of years now and, whilst DC appear to have made some changes (and even some improvements) to the way in which you are able to target jobs, there are still some pretty serious limitations and even some down-right failures in the way in which job targeting is handled. Self-signed SSL Certificate
Good Day If we want to access ServiceDesk Plus via our intranet we get the "Connection to this site is not secure" warning. Therefore, we tried to install a self-signed SSL-certificate. Whilst importing the certificate ServiceDesk Plus throws an error. In the Support-File we found the error "Exception occurred when importing the SSL certificate! : Self signed certificate cannot be imported from UI|". Is there any other way to import the certificate or to get rid of the warning?

How to remove MDM app from android device
Hi everyone, Our On-Premise MDM server was affected by an issue of the OS and all our data was lost, we have in there like 200 android devices enrolled at that moment and now we can't remove to start all over the process again for enrollment, we configure the MDM server again so we can do a fresh start but we can't enroll the existing devices to the new MDM server. Any ideas on how to remove the MDM android app so we can configure it again? Thanks

Hi, In 10514 the spam filter for the description field criteria seems to be broken. I saw this fix in your portal: https://pitstop.manageengine.com/portal/kb/articles/spam-filter-not-working-for-description-criteria It says that it's compatible with 11001, but can it be modified to work with 10514 also?
