Failed to assign technician

Failed to assign technician

I'm seeing something really weird here and I can't find any commonality.  Occasionally, a ticket will simply fail to assign a technician.  Here's an example.



This is the ticket as it exists.  I click on technician to assign it.



Click the check mark to save it.



I get the pop up that says it updated



But the ticket remains unassigned:
