ServiceDesk - Resending a response appoints several lines of blank text

I've noticed this recently but I am not sure if this is intentional or not. When i am in a ticket and i go to 'resend' an e-mail, it opens to the reply screen but it appends several blank lines above the original reply. This does not happen in any other situation that i've noticed.
