Opmanager filter trap snmp bases on agent-addr header in the PDU instead of real sender IP. This is real problem for most snmp agent because agent-addr is the first active interface. Error on Linux deleting device v5580
I started it up. Installed it... added a single device. did a config backup via ssh real quick... then i wanted to delete it. Errors out says it failed to delete. Generates this in the ncm0.txt .. and yes I've restarted the service... still same error. Removed active directory authentication

Problems with AD Single Sign on/synchronisation
Hey i have a problem with 2 things: i have set up some AD Securtiy groups which contain several users. these groups should be imported into the PMP, in future i do now want to add each single new user to PMP, a scheduled task should import these groups (and so all users in the groups) every night. But this is not working, i hit the "import now" button in "Admin" --> "Active Directory", form is filled out like that: Select Domain Name xxx Primary Domain Controller DC1.xxx.com
Fetched e-mail mising attachements / body
When ServiceDesk Plus is fetching (via IMAP) voicemails from our phone system (*.wav in an e-mail) or external e-mails it drops the attachement or body. This has occurred since we upgraded our mail server to Exchange 2010 SP1 We have recently upgraded from 7605 to 8010 as recommended however the problem still persists. Please advise.
Found 2 Bugs in the business rules
Hello SDP Support, found 2 Bugs in the business rules. 1. When you set the resolution field as mandatory for closure of a request, you can setup a business rule, that the status changed to closed and the request is closed without a resolution. 2. When you have a business rule that uses the priority or any other drop down menu item as criteria and you have a custom content with german signs like ä ö ü or -> and so on, the rule doesn't work. Pathetic Tool I have ever worked upon - Adventnet manage engine
Worst tool I have ever worked upon in my life.... Not at all able to compete the standards for BMC remedy or IBM Tivoli... We are using this tool at First Gulf Bank, the tool goes down every 15-20 mins and then the tool admin has to restart the services. I have been associated with first gulf bank for last 6 months and never had a good day with the tool.
Cannot approve solutions as Administrator
I am the main Administrator for the Service Desk and I will be inputting about 95% of the tickets. I have two other technicians, however their roles are extremely limited unless I am on vacation, sick, etc. So my problem comes down to as I cannot approve my own solutions. I see right now that in order to have a solution approved that I inputted into the system, another technician would have to approve. False monitoring values caused a server crash
Hi, I'm monitoring the free disc space in GB on a Windows 2003 Server using WMI (standard monitors). There are two drives which return values with 4GB (C:) and 32GB (D:). The OpManager table says that the disc space of both drives didn't change the last weeks. They always had the same value. Drive C: should have the value of 5GB. The last weekend drive D: went to the size of 0 Bytes. OpManager didn't monitor this and kept on showing the value of 32GB (until today). I've tested this special monitor
Server Stop when having 20 more windows machine

Hi, Netflow Analyser failed yesterday and one of our staff member contacted your company, both parties spent more than one hour to bring the system backup. I noticed that the webport was changed to 8081 (from 8080) After netflow was back online, I could not see any traffic displayed on the screen. The error I received is "Status: Link up. No flow received for last 10 minutes." I've left this for a day and still not receiving any flow. Could you please advise how to fix this issue ? Regards,
Contract Settings - Holidays
In the Contract Settings - Holiday, it's impossible to display data as is. It's unmanageable, as data is sorted by number... so you can't take a quick look and check if it's ok. Please remediate this ASAP! I'm also reenforcing the need of the CSV import of holidays, and, for me, every data should have that possibility! EC
Mail Fetching not working
SupportCenter Plus. Version 7.9.0. Build Number: 7901 It's been ridiculously enoying to have to manually stop and restart multiple time a day in order to get new tickets from our mail server. We've been asked System Logs many time by SC+ helpdesk and so far they've not been able to fix the issue. Is this a know bug and are we going to continue manually stopping and restarting the mail fetching service? I would greatly appreciate a answer from SC+ Helpdesk Thank you.
SSO slow in Version 8016
Upgraded from version 7513 to version 8016. Followed the upgrade path. Went through the steps to create the SSO connection, had to run the vbscript on the DC to get a computer account created. When users logon with SSO it take around 20 seconds for the page to load. Anyone else experiencing this issue?
Cannot Make a Bulk Notification
When I go through the Notification Profile and Associate, I can go through Choose Profile -> Define Criteria -> Apply this profile all the time and when I click the "next", it shows "error" http://SERVER/admin/AddCriteria.do?SaveTimeWindow=true What can I do? DC agent error

End user custom field not showing in template

AD and Local Authentication issue
Hello, I have a SDP 8016 deployment that imports users from 2 AD forests and also allows for user self-registration by sending an email. Those users obviously use SDP Local Authentication. We have realized that users in the AD are able to login with their AD credentials but also with the Local Authentication credentials. Build 8015 and 8016 Dashboard issue
Hi, Dashboard in build 8015 and 8016 Requests by technician chart - technician name column does not have a heading and the technician names are cropped at 11 characters. Is this expected? I have verified this in FF3.6.20, IE8, IE9 and IE10 against both builds. Even the same if you click "View All" - there is loads of blank space in that column before the "Open Calls" count, but still cropped at 11 characters and ends in "..." Can we get this fixed? Enable LDAP authentication failing

Tasks template in request templates not being created
Hello, We have an SDP8016 deployment. We are using the default request template, where we have added some tasks to be included with each request. When we create a request, even if we mark the tasks to be created, they don´t appear in the tasks tab (the task tab doesn´t appear initially). We are able then to add tasks manually or from task templates if we open the request and execute the Add task operation, but default tasks for the Default requests don´t show.

AIX Monitoring using CLI

OpManager WMI monitors graphical display issue
Dear Team, My OpManager server is recently having some problem displaying the graphics of monitors for WMI monitors (like radial display for CPU, memory and disk). It only shows the default gray color (no data to display) . When I try to test the monitor (Edit> Test Monitor) i get a positive response with WMI.
