When ServiceDesk Plus is fetching (via IMAP) voicemails from our phone system (*.wav in an e-mail) or external e-mails it drops the attachement or body.

 

This has occurred since we upgraded our mail server to Exchange 2010 SP1

We have recently upgraded from 7605 to 8010 as recommended however the problem still persists.

 

Please advise.
