Clients with multiple IP's
Hi, I am having an issue with certain client machines that may have Multiple IP addresses it appears that clients that have multiple IP 's will not be managed by Desktop central server correctly scans fail, configurations do not apply disabling these additional NIC's with different subnetted IP's is not an acceptable solution as they are required for example for cluster services can you advise how i set one fo these IP addresses for the client as the primary means of comms to the server Thanks
Problem with checksum on Malicious Software Removal Tool v5.9 (x64)
I've tried several times to download the latest MS Malicious Software Removal Tool v5.9 (x64) through Service Desk 8 (Build 80339). It downloads and the file size looks identical to the one I downloaded manually from microsoft.com, but I always see a "checksum doesn't match" error and the patch (ID = 15105) is still showing up as "Not yet downloaded" -- is this a known bug? Is there a workaround, such as manually downloading the MRT into the proper store folder? Thanks.
False positives for two .Net 4.5.1 updates (15026 and 15028)
Win 7 + SP1 (x64) workstations. Yesterday, after applying latest MS updates using Windows Update, machines were coming up clean when scanned by Desktop Central -- all MS updates released 11 Feb (and earlier) were installed. This morning, after a Desktop Central patch DB update (to fix the Malicious Software Removal download checksum error), the machines are all showing that they're missing .Net 4.5.1 updates 15026 and 15028. Automate Patch Deployment Fore reboot after XXXX minutes
Hi! I found an unpleasant surprise... DC is doing automatic patch installation for workstations in every monday after working hours. We have configured Fore Reboot after XXXX minutes - its working. But now I discovered... when user is logged in to computer over Remote Desktop Connection, then it will go force reboot immediately after patch installation - it does not wait XXXX mintues.
False positive for Win XP patch 15117 (KB2909210)
I'm noticing that all eight of our remaining Win XP Pro (32-bit) workstations are showing that they're missing Paatch 15117 (KB2909210) even though we've applied all of the latest MS updates using Microsoft Update back on 11 February. As a test, I used Desktop Central to download the update, then manually installed it on one Win XP workstation, then rebooted it, then rescanned it with Desktop Central. It's still showing that it's missing patch 15117. This looks like another false positive. Can
email notification stops sending
hi support, We encounter an issue when a device trigger an alert and there is no email notifications sent. We tried to restart the server and notice when we restart it sends email alert but for only for a while then it stops sending again. I confirm that my configurations on email and notification profile is OK. I confirm that i can connect to the mail server (telnet port 25) even nslookup on the addresses is OK. Please advise. "passwords not in sync" message for the password authentication disabled linux hosts
When I disable the password authentication in sshd_config and use PKI authentication when defining a resource, PMP Pro can not verify the passwords even if it can succesfully change the passwords. I use PMP Pro build 6701. Is there a work around or fix other than just neglecting the annoying "passwords not in sync" message.
Survey Settings - Welcome Message
Hi, I believe i've found a bug on welcome message under Survey Settings. I've changed the welcome message and save, but after that if i click Preview Survey the message that appear it's the default and not new message. I've tried to restart SD+ service but with no luck. I've notice that if i change display language, SD+ translate the message but again, does not reflect my changes. I'm on build 8216 under 64 bit version. Can anyone help on this? Regards.

After a server reboot OpManager will no longer load up. The service is running on the server (Win2003) but nothing will come up via a web browser. Problem with tech groups that has group email

[URGENT] Problem on monitoring WMI
There are devices which stopped monitored. WMI credential is fine and CPU is monitored without problem. But other than that, Memory and HDD is not monitored. Unable to Change Database from Mysql to MSSQL
I am wanting to update my ServiceDesk Installation from MySQL to MSSQL. I had completed the update to the most current build and performed a full backup of the database followed by running the change database script in the bin folder which successfully makes a connection to the SQL 2012 Server and creates the database along with the tables after the restart of the ServiceDesk Application. Need "notification to Group technicians" option for closed requests.
Currently when a request is closed, the only Technician Notification option is to notify a specific list of techs. It would be better to have the option where all techs within a Support Group are notified when a request in their group is closed. For example, if the Network support group receives a request and one of their technicians closes it, the techs in this group would all be notified that the request is closed. Other support groups would see nothing, as they do not work with those tickets anyhow.

In Scheduler, Technicial can set Backup Technician assignment rule for upcoming requests during his Leave. However, the "Move requests to unassigned state." doen't stick. Can't delete sites, greyed out. Removed from all possible modules

ELA not showing newly collected logs - Support no help
I have a problem with ELA not showing newly collected logs. Under Hosts the server says its collecting the latest logs BUT when I click "Show last 10 events" or perform a search for any logs the last 5 days or so on all servers do not show up. Hi! We have problem with version 7.7 (enterprise edition). When I see report traffic for yesterday, there's about 70 percent of all traffic displayed as "unaccounted traffic". Software Install configuration option save as draft deletes all packages except the one on the top
Hi, I'm going crazy! We updated to Desktop Central 80332 just before the end of last year. The normal issues we experience are client agents not upgrading and execution of MSI and EXE's fail. Both MSI, EXE's and client agents were tested but just this week after deploying an Installation configuration and saving it as a draft all of the packages within the configuration were deleted bar the first one in the list. This issue is happening in two sites we currently have Desktop Central 80332 installed.

PMP not starting after Upgrade to 7000
Wrapper dies with "could not start database" but postgres is already running. I had PMP running once directly after reboot but that cannot be reproduced. I see the java programs coming up but they die shortly after invocation. postgres is running with several children, port 2345 is active.
