Software Install configuration option save as draft deletes all packages except the one on the top

I'm going crazy!
We updated to Desktop Central 80332 just before the end of last year. The normal issues we experience are client agents not upgrading and execution of MSI and EXE's fail. Both MSI, EXE's and client agents were tested but just this week after deploying an Installation configuration and saving it as a draft all of the packages within the configuration were deleted bar the first one in the list.
This issue is happening in two sites we currently have Desktop Central 80332 installed.
I've tryed to uninstall but no luck i'm unable to uninstall the patch.
