email notification stops sending
hi support,
We encounter an issue when a device trigger an alert and there is no email notifications sent. We tried to restart the server and notice when we restart it sends email alert but for only for a while then it stops sending again. I confirm that my configurations on email and notification profile is OK. I confirm that i can connect to the mail server (telnet port 25) even nslookup on the addresses is OK.
Please advise.
