False alarms for SQL 2008 - services reported as down

SQL 2014 not displaying databases on named instance AG
Using Windows 2012 R2 server with MSSQL 2014 configured in a 2 node Availability Group. The named instance shows up but does not display any databases or stats. OpManager build is 11500. SMTP and WMI credentials test successful. Is this supported? If it is, how do I get the databases to display?
Migrate work task associated with a request for servicedesk plus MSP to ServiceDesk Plus
Hi, I have some questions about data migration between ServiceDesk Plus MSP and ServiceDesk Plus. Is there any way to migrate work task associated with a request? My servicedesk plus msp license expires in December and I saw that the ServiceDesk plus is more suited to the needs of the company but we don't want to lose the information requests that are already created. Migration from PostgreSQL to MSSQL Error
I am attempting to migrate our Desktop Central Version 8 database from the default PostgreSQL database over to a MSSQL database on the same server but am receiving an error when attempting to do so. When running changeDBServer.bat, with the migrate data option selected, the PostgreSQL database successfully backs up but fails when attempting to restore the database to the MSSQL database. Scheduled LDAP import only importing some users. Manually-triggered import provisions ALL available users.
The daily LDAP import that we run at 6:30 is importing small numbers of users ranging from 0 to under 100. When I run a manually-triggered import within a couple hours after the scheduled import ( by going to Admin > Users > LDAP > Import Now), it imports many, many more in the hundreds of users. This has occurred ever since we started using a fresh installation of SDP with LDAP. This occurs on all of our SDP servers including DEV, TEST and Production. requesters and technicians became unknown!
Hi, I have SDPlus 9.0 build 9.1.0.5, upgraded from 9.0.4.8. all my authors and techs are unknown now :( AD sync is working, I see all of them in 'requesters'/'technicians' tab, all emails are correct etc. but when I make a new request, a catch "requester name does not exist". also, site associations is not working now. BUT! If request was made by email, everything is ok - request arrives with correct requester name, associated with correct site etc. how can i fix this problem?
Email Fetching stops after a few days
Hi, We have the free version of ServiceDesk Plus installed (9.1 Build 9105), and the issue we have is that after running properly for a few days, mail fetching then stops (although the admin keeps displaying the "Last attempt to fetch mail..." messages). Dear Support, First of all I noticed that rules does not take effect if the field is not loaded in the requester view. for example: we have a field named "Client's Name" and this field should not be visible to requester/client. PMP - Google Authenticator with old authenticator code
Hi, I an trying PMP with Google Authenticator. It is very nice and easy to use for admin and users. Great job! It will more better if user couldn't use old authenticator code to authen. Sample first time they use with authenticator code 035540 when 2 minute more they still can use that authenticator code to access console. Is there a way to fix this problem? Thanks a lot!

Old ticket numbers upon new ticket creation
I am having a problem where a user sends in an email to create a new ticket they get back two emails. One email refers to an old ticket that the user had nothing to do with. The other ticket has the correct new ticket number on it. This doesn't seem to happen for every user every time, just randomly. This just started, we were running 9.0.46, I upgraded us to 9.1.10 and we are still seeing the issue. Brendan

Group does not receive email alert when there's a reply to a request
Hello. We are not receiving emails when a request in the group is updated. An email is sent when a request in the group is created but not when a client reply to the request. Both "Send notification to group technician(s) when a new request is added to this group" and "Send notification to group technician(s) when a request in this group is updated." are enabled, as you can see from the screen shot. Do we need to manually assign the ticket to a technician in order to receive alerts of replys? Thanks
Invalid Purchase Message
Today we upgraded Opmanager to release 11600 from 11500. Once the patch was installed and the server restarted we get a message on the top of the application to "Get Quote|Purchase" the product. This is strange considering the product has been purchased and we have a valid AMS until 10/25/16 12:00 AM. Waiting for your suggestion/fix to resolve the issue.
Layer2 Maps, non cisco hardware
Hello! I have downloaded a free trial topomapper plus for research capabilities to build layer2 maps. Well, the problem is that it does not work for me ;( I have router - Ubiquiti EdgeRouter Lite and switch - extreme summit 400. On all devices I have enabled snmpv2, and lldp on router, but there is no switch visible on the map. And there are two links for the router on the map. Please advice. Thank you in advance.

We recently upgraded the Desktop Central app to 91043. Yes, I know there is a newer patch, but we have not decided to install it yet. When I attempt to login to the application (using the system's admin account) I get nothing. It just sits and waits for a response. I have left it for 4 or 5 minutes before. Initial Administrator password incorrect
Hi, I have just installed ServiceDesk Plus to try before we buy (we are looking to move from another product to something better) but after install I cannot log in using the default administrator password shown on the site (username: administrator, password: administrator) - I get the error "Username or Password is Incorrect X". I have not set anything as the admin password during setup. The same is true for the "Guest" account (username: Guest, Password: guest"). Is this a known issue? I've searched

Adding Cost Centers does not work in the Edge Browser Also cannot publish to the forum using Edge Browser (Chrome works fine) So far most stuff that I have used seems to work with the Edge browser with the exception of any "java" based launchers (which is expected since you cannot have plugins in edge).

New request errors after 9107 update
When a requester clicks add request they get an error "Please provide numeric value for the field." Testing on a template, it appears to only occur if there is a numeric filed defined on the technician tab, but is not on the requester tab. Cant delete items from purchase order, Not printing correctly
Hi When the techs put in items in to Purchase Order form, then they dont have an option to delete the item if they put it there by mistake. Also when printing the Purchase Order the whole PO does not look like the print preview, and the name of company with the address collide (please let me know if you want to see a preview.
