URL monitoring HTTPS OWA site.

URL monitoring HTTPS OWA site.

When trying to monitor the OWA URL we're getting The URL https://etc.etc.com/owa is down, Reason: Host Unavailabe. Even though the URL is currently up. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
