Hi, We've just added a few questions to our Test system for a New Service Catalog service and added two Resource Titles in the Resource Info area. For some reason we cannot remove a one of these now that it has been added, but we can amend it, add previous questions etc. but cannot remove the Resource Title. When we click the Remove option we get "Cannot Delete. Resource is in Use". We've not even raised any requests for this so can you advise how we can delete this , or track down where it's in
Mail fetch stopped regularly

Mobile login SDP [ SOLVED ]
Hi, We can`t login with SDP IOS APP, thought AD. Our AD authentication is working. We are able to login on the APP with the default Administrator but not with any domain account. We are using the latest Version 9.2 Build 9213. And every technicians has an API KEY. I can't to find an answer anywhere, i am really pissed with SDP, we ran into so many issues. if the application Auth is not working, am gonna replace this helpdesk with something else. Unable to enable login to requesters
When we check the enable login for users. We are receiving an error while saving the requester details. If we make any other changes to the user it will save the record. Problem picking up new cluster in virtual center monitor
Hi, I am running OpManager build 11600 and monitor our VMWare virtual machines through the VCenter. The problem i am having is that it doesn't seem to be picking up the fact that a cluster has been deleted and a new one created so i am missing ESX hosts and therefore not motioning all VMs. Is there a way to resolve this without having to delete the virtual center and re-add, as I don't want to lose any monitoring data? Backups not working? Upgrade not working?
Hi. We have NCM 5980, and database backups don't seem to work. The scheduled backup via GUI doesn't do anything (even though the page says the previous backup was then and then), and nothing shows in the backup execution history either. NCM help section says that there should be a BackupDB.bat file under NCM\bin folder to manually take backups, but it isn't there? I found a similar file under "D:\NCM\troubleshooting", and that creates a DB backup file, but the created backup is stored on the root
Adding new task closes browser window automatically

Issue with binding to single IP address

Monitoring of availability of processes for the Linux monitoring under SSH, is not working after update to 12710
Last night we have update from the 12500 version to 12710 version, and detect that the "process monitoring" in the Linux connected by SSH are not working. and this affect to the Linux health however, the process are started, and in the process list it does appear: If we "Delete" de process and Add it Again, it still doesn't work. System not email requester when a ticket is udpated
I have gone into Setup > Automation > Notifications and checked the "Acknowledge Requester by Email when the request is updated" but the requester does not receive an email? I sent an email to the system and it automatically created an incident, and emailed me back stating that a ticket was created. OpManager v12 not recognizing Windows Server 2012 R2 host
I have a Windows 2012 R2 server that OpManager can ping and the credentials test succeeds, but it can't identify it as a server. If I manually associate it with the Windows Server 2012 R2 device template, the dials all work but it continues show the category as 'Unknown' and the Status as 'Device Not Monitored'.
Report Share with permission nested groups
Hello, I am new to ADManager Plus. How can I make a report about share (not ntfs) permissions with nested groups (with listed users) AND export that as a CSV document? I always get a list with groups and then I have to click on permissions? Thats not what i want! We need that share report for recertification and audit! So, is there an easy way to perform that with ADManager Plus?
Problem with adding HyperV Host
Hi, I have a device initialized as a virtual server, or it is a HyperV Host. So I tried to delete it and add it as a HyperV Host by using : Virtualization > add HyperV Host The problem is that the new device created refers to the old one deleted, even if I used the "add HyperV Host". So I went to the support, tried recommendation to add it, but still doesn't work. Can you please help me ? Regards.
SMS for Business rule broken after 9213 upgrade
We recently upgraded to the latest release (9213) and our business rules that use the SMS function are not sending anymore. They send emails, and I can use the SMS technician functionality in an incident so it's not global. Anyone else seeing this?
reply to not working
Hello in outgoing mail configuration I use aaa@aaa.com account smtp setting, I've put bbb@bbb.com as a "reply to" addres, but when requester recieves notfication and try to reply it shows aaa@aaa.com, but should be bbb@bbb.com as I undenrstand right.
Can't reply to a request with no body text
Hi Had a request from a user, replied, reply window closed, request page refreshed as normal, no error message received, but no reply added to request. Tried again, same result. Edited the request & put some text in the body. Replied again with exactly the same text and the reply was added correctly to the request. SD+ v9211
Error in Layer 2 discovery
Hello! I'm encountering problems trying to do a Layer 2 discovery against my gateway. I'm running OPmanager 12 with patch 12000_APIClientFix_May20th applied. In the user interface I only get the feedback "Device mapping does not exist for this object". I'm attaching a screenshot of this and the relevant log from opmanager_serverOut_0.txt as well. OPManager has no issues monitoring the same IP address and I've verified I can read the sysOid OID through the command line of the server. Please advise.

Notification profile for SQL Monitor bug
Hi, I am using OP Manager v11600 and while creating a notification profile for SQL servers, I discovered that if I select "MSSQL Monitor are down" & "MSSQL Services are down" and click next - on final review page it shows me " AD services & monitor" instead of SQL. Please check this issue.. TSS
Technician Site Variable does not get populated

Blank Support Group Descriptions/Adding new Support Groups deletes old ones
Hi, We have 2 problems with Support Groups: Most of our support groups are displaying a 'blank' Description field, which makes it hard to work out which one is which when we need to change them. When we try and add a new Support Group, it seems that a random 'existing' Support Group gets deleted. Again, because of the blank Description field, it's hard to work out which one. Personal Passwords showing random characters or null
When users access their Personal Password Area, and try to copy to clipboard or view the passwords stored, they randomly are shown with characters like "h�t�<��r" or "null". After some attempts then the password is copied/shown properly. The workaround we found so far for when this happen is to open the "edit account" window and click on the magnified glass to view the password correctly. This issue started to happen after we upgraded from PMP build 8401 to 8404.

Reply box formatting problems
In a request when I click Reply, I have my signature formatted for the bottom of the reply. We also use a template. When using the backspace key to remove extra spaces (I do not know why these are here in the first place) it actually ADDS lines to the text box! I have to mess around with different selections and combinations of Backspace and Delete before I can get the reply properly formatted. Also I have selected Verdana as my font for my signature but in Outlook it is still coming through as Times

Desktop Central Agents (9.2.041) not installing from Group Policy after upgrade.

able to change mandatory fields to none
When in the requester details view, our technicians are able to change mandatory fields to none and save the ticket. But when you edit the ticket, you can not save manadatory fields as none. Is there a seperate setting to make the fields mandatory in the requester view ? Thanks
Password Expiry Notification not working with PSO enabled

SDP v9206 shows all technicians on request drop-down
Last night I upgraded ServiceDesk Plus from v9121 to 9206. In using the system since updating, I found that when filling out a new request, the Technician drop-down shows all technicians in the system, not just those technicians within the selected support group. Editing an existing request has the proper behavior. Is there a new setting to limit the Technician drop-down to just those in the Group field selection or is this a bug? Thank you!
OpManager database connection lost and not being reestablished - MS SQL Server
Hi, We have found a number of occurrences recently where OpManager looses database connectivity to the MSSQL server that holds its database. When we attempt to create a DEP Profile we get an error message that states we need to make sure *.apple.com is added to the proxy. We don't have a proxy server
