Hi,

I am using OP Manager v11600 and while creating a notification profile for SQL servers, I discovered that if I select "MSSQL Monitor are down" & "MSSQL Services are down" and click next - on final review page it shows me " AD services & monitor" instead of SQL.

Please check this issue..
