Mail Fetching has stopped working
Hi, Mail fetching has stopped working suddenly on our SD+ today. I've stopped and restarted mail fetching - with no change I've restarted the SD+ service on the server its installed on also - with no change. I'm getting this error when saving the incoming mail settings: FAILURE :E-mail settings saved successfully. Unable to generate scheduled report

system errors when NOT using full-qualified domain name when accessing SD+
the team, we noticed that after one of recent patches system is throwing errors when user doesn't use full-qualified domain name e.g. http://sdp.mydomain.com our system is hosted on-premises and are using SSO\passthrough, so people within the same domain shoudl be able to use only http://sdp what's wrong? /mar

File Attachments Not Found After Migration
We recently moved our SDP from Windows to a Linux server. It's running fine except the attachments weren't there. I've copied them manually to the new fileAttachments directory, but when I download an attachment it says 'The File was not found.'

Good day, Please allow more time in the development life cycle to stabilize the application. SDP regularly fails to start and hangs on Application Layer Starting.......... OpManager not displaying the correct model for my devices.
Hi there, Im having issues with the OpManager deployed at an enterprise. The issue is that, i have OpManager running and monitoring the switches at an enteprise, but the OpManager is not displaying the correct "model" for the switch that Im monitoring. I have Cisco Catalyst 6500 series WS-C6509-E running and monitored by the OpManager, however in the EOL/EOS report that was produced, the OpManager displayed the switch as "6500 series 6509" which is different model than the switch running. Since 9230: one Service Catalog form won't allow setting technician
Hi all, has anyone seen this - we have a service catalog form, which since we updated to 9230 yesterday will no longer retain the technician. You can pick up successfully, buy if you click on the group and technician fields to assign it that way, or use the assign function, it will set the group ok, but it never keeps the technician. The technician goes back to Not Assigned. so far only noticed on one form have tried editting the form to remove technician and group and add them back again. cheers.

I am trying to migrate from an old 2008 server which has version 9.0.36 on it to a 2012R2 server. I currently have version 9.0.0 installed on the new 2012R2 server however when I upgrade i get this error . I have attached the error log. No Data Found
Recently when using EventLog Analyzer 7, when we click on a particular service, event, count, etc. Anything that would bring up the detailed pop-out window, the pop-out window says "No Data Found". Regardless of time frame or range, same thing for everything.
Technicians cannot see the parent ticket of a task they've been assigned to
Dear all, In our organization, we would like to give full overview of all tickets only to the Service Desk - 1st Level support. On 2nd Level support the technicians should only be able to see/edit the tickets assigned to their group. The exception will be of course when a task is assigned to that technician. He/She will need to see all the information of the ticket, which can be assigned to other group, in order to successfully complete the task. Kind regards, JS
Group import via csv and Groupname with special german characters
Hi there, right now we have some trouble to import groups when the groupname contains speciel characters like Ä, Ü or Ö. These are special german characters. Hello Dears, in build 9009 this issue was fixed as i know. But now , have 9.2 version, and got same issue that was fixed before. Leave Added/Updated but the mail notification have failed. Double Login by Requester
We are running latest version of SDP (9234) and have NTLM Passthrough enabled. Windows users auto-authenticate and passthrough, but Linux and Mac Users get the usual Pop-Up that doesn't seem to accept their username and password, drops them to the login page and then they can Authenticate with just username (without domain\user or user@domain) and get in to find their tickets as expected. Project tab cuts off one project from view
Service Desk Plus Build: 9218 When sorting projects by "Owner" the list does not properly display all projects. For example, I change the list view to sort descending (Z to A) the Project ID I see at the bottom of the page is Project ID #63 through Project ID #77. Project #62 cannot be found anywhere on page 1. Once I click to page 2, I do not find Project ID#62 but do find that Project ID#77 has been listed again. Execution time (Web Service Operation) not show data in custom dashboard
Hi, I have a problem regarding the date shown in custom dashboard. I have monitored 3 different wsdl sensors, each with SOAP request. If I go to the sensor to see the graph shows me polled data. But when I configure the SOAP request group graph in the custom dashboard error appears " Data not available for the specified type/user." I set Application Manager with 1 user obviously with admin. No HTTPS redirection after 9234 Patch
After 9234 Upgrade Our NTLM Site (Passthrough Authentication) works even on port 80 when it should redirect to SSL site like on version 9233. Behavior before patch: http://sd.comp.local immediately redirected to https://sd.comp.local and THEN NTLM auth was requested Behavior after patch: http://sd.comp.local immediately authenticates user (over insecure HTTP) and logs them in the http site (no redirection to 443/SSL/https site). Please fix this immediately as it is a huge security risk!

Not able to create new line nor removing bold text
Dear all, I've been facing issues with changing format of text through customized scripts. One example is that I want to have one text bold and then break and let the user write in normal text. Invalid command line argument when deploying custom msi
I am trying to deploy PDFill as a custom package. It successfully uninstalls the previous versions as described in the pre-deployment activity, however it will not install the new version. Hi, We are currently running v9 build 9040. It does not take long before the Description field increases in size when using ServiceDesk to work with customers/requesters. Bug - 2 Hr Delay with Scheduled Patch WOL
We have version 92119 The scheduled time in patch policies and deployment policies is irrelevant for shutdown machines, there is no point to it. Devices get woken up 2 hours after the specified time. There is no point to this and it makes trying to work out actual WOL times a nightmare. M.E have said that it's always been like this. What is the point? Is this a bug or a known 'design feature'?
