Overlapping Contract for same product to an Account is not Allowed
Hi! I'm running Support Center Plus 8.0.0 Build Number 8015. In contracts module I want to add 2nd contract to the account, but I get message Overlapping Contract for same product to an Account is not Allowed, although I'm using different products. I have several accounts with more then 1 contract and this really irritates me. Thanks in advance //Marjan
Error upgrading to version 8400
Just put this into support but I figured I'd ask here too in case someone has an idea. I was asked to upgrade a PMP installation that is currently on version 8301. However it doesn't even get past the first patch to go to version 8400, the installation reaches Post invocation in progress then changes to Error Occurred... Uninstalling. The following messages appear in the command prompt window: C:\PMP\bin>UpdateManager.bat 1 file(s) copied. Could Not Find C:\PMP\mysql\bin\HASecondary.conf
9.2 Build 9205 ManageEngine MSP - Technician view is still not fixed for problems I reported for version 8
The selection lists for Groups is too small and have been for quite some time, I've spoken to your representatives two years ago and I still haven't seen an improvement. It's sad because it's really just a CSS change of a value, from width:230 to width:430 and it's fixed. See attached image. As you can see you can't really tell which Groups are available in the last list. Reply "To" Field Not Populating
I previously didn't have an issue but now it seems I cannot get the "To" field to populate when hitting the "Reply" button. I am submitting a request as a Requester, and once I go to the application and hit "Reply" (Figure 1), the dialog appears and the "To" field is not populated. I'm not sure why. The requester submitting the request has a valid e-mail address configured. Figure 1 Figure 2
Notification Bug
We are using 9.3 Build 9304. When resolving a ticket, if any compulsary fields are missing the ticket remains Open, but if you then go back and fill these in and then try to Resolve the ticket again, the Resolution notification email is not sent to the user.
DC Server went down
Hello, I came into work today to my DC server being down. I logged into the server and restarted the service for the server and that did nothing. On a regular office work station it will load to the log in screen but will not let you log in. So, I did some digging and found that there was a hotfix made available recently. I was running version 10, so I downloaded the corresponding hotfix. Downloaded, and installed it and it didn't fix the issue that I am having. I also attempted to call the number
Fix for sorting PO by PO number
Dear SDP Team, Can we please have a fix for the sorting of the PO Number column. It sorts alphanumerically rather than numerically. The numeric search is the easiest way to quickly find the newest request. Right now, my sort result shows 10 100 101 102 103 104 105 106 107 108 109 11 110 111 ... Request purchase order problem

Now i create my own Asset with price, vendor etc. i inserted these assets in the request form to order assets...no problem. when i create a purchase order from the request form, there are only numbers on the item name and no price. see the screenshot it is a bug or a configuration error? Desktop Central Service Not Starting
Good morning everyone! Suddenly desktop central has stopped. When I went to the server, the service Manage Engine Desktop Central was stopped. I tried to started and worked but after a few seconds stops again. I can see a few messages in the log like this. Looks like a problem with the database. Is there anyway to fix it? Thanks. Reply Not Working
One of our technicians has a problem when they select reply in a ticket, the reply doesn't show up in the ticket. The program acts normally but the reply is never sent. This happens in Internet Explorer 11. Chrome seems to work normally. We are currently using SDP version 9.2 Build 9232.
Can't add "plus sign" to field name
I am trying to add a "+" to the field name but it removes this. I am sure this exists with other characters as well but have noticed it with "+" at: After I "Update" the field values and go back to the field to edit the "+" has been removed:

error connecting to pgsql database

Tomcat JDBC tab problem
Hello, I have Tomcat 7.X monitor configured and form more than a week I cannot manage to make JDBC tab to visualize information. The DB behind our Tomcat is Postgres. All other information is properly presented but the JDBC tab is empty, no graphs and collected data. Tomcat and the Postgres are installed on 2 different servers. Project Template Issue

Problem with search in SDP 9304
Hi I have updated to the new SDP version 9304 and now seach function does not work in several languages. When I test Swedish and Norwegian and select to seach in request but search is in Solutions instead. It work when I select English and Danish. The same is when I search on Assets, the seach result is on Solutions instead I have this behavior on both production server and test server. //Peter
SDP MSP ios app.
The ios app is very buggy. It resets all the time and 9/10 times when you try to read a notification it gets stuck. Also when you get a new notification it does not allert you any more. The notification worked once or twice in the begging and stoped notifying when you have the phone/tablet screen locked. Please fix this.
Some of Technician cannot resolve Ticket
Hello, We are finishing upgrade from version 9.1 into version 9.2. After upgrading, some of technician cannot resolve ticket, when editing ticket or changing status from resolution tab it says "Please input a technician". I attach some photos for references. Group list not in any order
Since updating to build 6550, we have noticed a problem with the way groups are displaying in a list. When looking at a user's account properties and then displaying the groups the user belongs to, the list seems to be in a completely random order. Although having the group OU displayed is useful, when the user belongs to a long list of groups, it becomes unmanageable. Login fields are not accurate anymore
After the SDP update to version 9301 the login fields are not displayed correctly. It is only a cosmetic problem, but it looks not so good, als you can see in the screenshot. This should be corrected again. ServiceDesk Plus host is a Windows Server 2012 R2 in German, login website tested with FF 51.0.1 and IE 11 - same problem.
What to do with this error ? Am installing desktop central for first time
Multiple connections to a server or shared resource by the same user, using more than one user name, are not allowed. Disconnect all previous connections to the server or shared resource and try again
SDP Update Manager
Hey All, Have some ongoing issues with SDP in which that any new service pack installs fail, they are currently logged with ME. I just have question on something I just found now on SDP. I ran the UpdateManager.bat and it shows the below With these updates showing does this mean I have 9218 installed? I am asking as SDP itself shows as 9213 installed and the issues I am having is I was on 9212 and tried various Service Pack updates and always failed. I then tried the 9213 update and it worked fine

Hi, We have an urgent issue with ServiceDesk Plus in that every time we stop or restart the windows service the scheduled reports all stop running. Captcha field not work for Internal users
