Some of Technician cannot resolve Ticket

Some of Technician cannot resolve Ticket

Hello,

We are finishing upgrade from version 9.1 into version 9.2. After upgrading, some of technician cannot resolve ticket, when editing ticket or changing status from resolution tab it says "Please input a technician". I attach some photos for references.

Please help us as soon as possible, because we are running on production now, as ticket will always be created by users everyday onwards.
