Hello,
I came into work today to my DC server being down. I logged into the server and restarted the service for the server and that did nothing. On a regular office work station it will load to the log in screen but will not let you log in. So, I did some digging and found that there was a hotfix made available recently. I was running version 10, so I downloaded the corresponding hotfix. Downloaded, and installed it and it didn't fix the issue that I am having. I also attempted to call the number on the manage engine website but the desktop central department is unavailable at the moment. This is very inconvenient and I can' really do any work myself when the server is down. Any and all help on this would be appreciated. Thank you.
