Im getting this error trying to connect to the database:

psql: FATAL:  no pg_hba.conf entry for host "::1", user "postgres", database "servicedesk", SSL off"

In looks like others have had this issue previously and were issued a file to correct it but the download link no longer works

does anybody know how to fix?
