Strange Issue
Hi, We have a strange issue whereby when you review a user and click their Account Tab the password appears with the password ************* but the retype password blank. This means you can't proceed without either exiting (It errors if you click away) or changing their password ! I've not not had to amend users but all we have done recently is deploy a fresh install on a new server.....there are no other problems. Any ideas ? A
Mobile App Pending Requests view
Have received reports from at least two technicians who have accessed the ticketing system via the mobile app (both were using iOS version) and when they access the "Pending Requests" view, they are able to see tickets from other support groups. When they access via the website and load the "Pending Requests" view, they only see the requests for their groups. Anyone else have this issue? We are on version 9.1 build 9117.
Can't Purge Deleted Tickets from Trash
Support, I deleted several test tickets last week and according to the banner, "Requests in Trash will be automatically deleted after 24 hours from the time of deletion". It appears that I can't delete tickets manually either. I select the check box beside the ticket that should be delete and click "Delete": The banner displays that the request was successfully deleted, however it still remains in this list: The request was deleted on 04/14/2017 at 8:23 AM, so it should have been deleted on 04/15/2017
Can't change Delimiter char in Script Monitor
Hi Running level 12300 (newest). I have created a Script Monitor with Output Settings. The Delimiter char is "=". I have changed it to space and saved the monitor. But now I want to change it back to "=". But it is not saved when I modify this field. Regards Jan V
Desktop Central 10.0.70 Devices fail to scan through Mobile Device Mgmt
Ever since we updated to 10.0.70 we've had numerous issues but the most glaring one is the fact that our mobile devices now fail to scan on an almost daily basis. If I reboot the DC server and the forwarding server in our DMZ and then run a manual scan it seems to work just fine. I have to do this only an almost daily basis in order to keep tabs on our devices.

My SDP+ create request by fetch mail from a specified E-mail account,In some request, The picture can't display correctly,just like following picture: We have to download every attachments and judge that where they are should be at, We feel very troublesome. Agent Status Down
I have pushed agent installation task from the DC admin console & it is failed. as DC admin we used normal domain account. After that i have added that account to the target machine (agent install machine) administrator group. then installation was successful.

List view not updating when last reply is deleted
The list view in the Request page isn't updated when the last reply was deleted, I would like it to change to the proper status to reflect the last action in the system. For example: Customer replies to an existing request, this changes the icon in the list view to the red envelope. When for example the last reply from a customer was an empty e-mail and I delete the message, the actual last reply was from a support rep, thus the icon should change to the green envelope, instead it shows the red envelope.
Installing EXE software updates
Has anyone else had issues with installing updates from patch connect plus that are imported into SCCM? I tested a deployment of Java to my laptop, SCCM is reporting it as successful but on my laptop it is showing as the old version being installed still.
Deploying MSI software updates
I deployed a software update and it deploys and seems to have updated successfully, however, when i check the control panel it is still showing the old version of the client being installed and not the new version which is very strange. Its not a major major issues but may effect limiting collections in SCCM to allow me to deploy updates etc in the future

'Default Request' Template is displayed 2 times instead of 1 time. So, in the Configuration Assist we have a 'Default Request' as a Template for Tickets: Thats ok, but if we want to edit a ticket, this 'Default Request' is two times in the Dropdown Box. Axis Sorting
Hi, New user to AA here, and this one is driving me NUTS. The sorting of each Axis is a complete nightmare, I have a graph where dates are listed on the X axis and a percentage on the Y axis, the chart is then not sorted with the oldest date first to the most recent last, it randomizes them. I go in and have to manually sort them, there does not appear to be either a) Keep source formatting - They are already in the right order according to the sheet b) sort by date Am I missing something?

I need to report a problem with several clients so i wanted to use the option "Create Support File" to directly upload my server and client logfiles. OPManager service crashes
I can start the service manually. Upon an attempt to access the web portal the service will crash. Running "StartOpManagerServer.bat" from bin results in "Problem while Starting Server - System Halted". Please advise.

Multiple assets updating the same record
Hi, I created a golden image on a Panasonic Toughbook CF-31 and added the ServiceDesk client to the image. We use SCCM 1607 to deploy new images. After deploying the image on two new machine, I noticed that the record for the first machine was updated, with the info from the second machine. Only the static information remained in the record I removed the ServiceDesk client from the golden image, deleted the asset record, and re-imaged the second machine. Reporting Issue with Boolean Based Values after upgrading to 9300
We upgraded to 9300 last weekend Today, I ran an existing report and at first I did not think it gave me the results I expected It returned 1755 results When I looked at the filter options it looked correct I happened to click on the values for Pending Status and instead of returning showing "yes" or "no" as the Boolean values had done in the past, it is now showing the actual “1” or “0” values. when I selected "1" to rerun the report it returned values that are both "1" and "0" ("Yes" and "No")

Notes Not Being Added
Hello Help Desk, Our department has been having an issue with notes not being submitted/saved after clicking the Add Notes button. It will often just "hang" with the grayed out Add Note button. This leads us to have to refresh the page and, in turn, lose the text that we just entered. This has caused us to type everything into a separate text editor beforehand just in case it happens. Also, this doesn't happen every time so it is tricky to replicate and troubleshoot. We are currently using ServiceDesk
