Agent Status Down

Agent Status Down

I have pushed agent installation task from the DC admin console & it is failed. as DC admin we used normal domain account.
After that i have added that account to the target machine (agent install machine) administrator group. then installation was successful. But now DC admin console shows Agent Live status as "Down". when I tried to "Wake Up Now" option it is not working
On client machine there is Sophos intercept X antivirus.
