Technicians can no longer view all asset groups
After upgrading to 11123 - Technicians can no longer view all created asset groups under Asset tab. As an admin, I can view them all. Were some sort of permissions changed for this? Anyone else experiencing this issue? I sent the physical link and they were able to access it that way, but cannot through the application. Thanks for any help.

License allocation in ServiceDesk Plus
Hi guys, I'm trying to use SD+ to manage our Microsoft licensing but having some challenges. If I create a license for Windows 10 Enterprise, it does not allow me to allocate this license to a machine reporting Windows 10 Enterprise 2016 LTSB. This is a problem as there are multiple LTSB/LTSC versions of Windows 10 Enterprise that all use/require the same license. If I have to create multiple versions of the license for each edition i'll end up with duplicate amounts which messes up the reporting

License Management for Thin clients
Hi There, We have a fleet of 400+ Wyse Thin Client devices. These devices cannot be scanned as they do not allow software to be installed on them. Manually completing the software assignment for each of these Wyse boxes is a very time consuming and complex task. We believe there may be a way to automate this process by using the back-end databases/table of the asset register to import the asset and the licenses for each asset as well using some sort of programming language. Currently we have to browse to assets, find the asset, then view requests to see them. I'm hoping to just pull back how many open tickets there are for a given asset as shown in pic below.

I have a large amount of assets that SD+, we have gone though a few of them and properly categorized them. For example, changed a Device that get set as a Router, but is actualy an Access point, and some APC's want to show up as PC's. .. Any ways we go in and change them, then the nightly scan happens, and boom. it changes it back! We can not keep track of assets if this keeps happing. and I could stop the scan but then when we want to scan something and do it manualy it will change again,.

Hello, After upgrading to 9414, our asset integration with DesktopCentral appears to have stopped. The automatic scans have not completed successfully since the update, and when I try to scan an asset manually, it says "FAILURE: Failed to communicate the agent" Has anyone else come across this? Hi, I scan a switch in OpManager and edit device details like vendor, Category, RAM, etc in related form. Unable to scan assets
Hi I am struggling to run a scan on some of our computers on the network. All these computers are connected to the domain, they show up in AD, I am able to ping both name, FQDN and IP address from my computer but the scan fails. Could you advise if there is a log that I can view to identify what the issue is with these computers. All computers are Windows 7 devices. How to hide devices that not scan in SNMP
Hi, I added 192.168.120.0/24 entire network IP address to scan switches that have an SNMP credential like below image: In this range just exist switch, but we don't have 255 switches and just 10 switches. I considered show me just 10 switches that scanned in switches section of Assets tab. It's right, but in workstation section of Assets tab shows me other IP address that null and doesn't exist. like below image: These IP addresses are null and don't exist and also isn't pingable. Asset Scans not working for HP 6500 model laptops
Good morning. We are unable to scan 2 models of HP laptops on out network. The are the HP Probook 6560b and HP Probook 6570b. We cannot scan from the server because it is located within our DMZ for public access. We need to be able to have clients report into the server. The HP model 6560b and 6570b laptops are not doing this. Every other model of laptop and desktop we have is doing this without issue including other models of HP laptops. We can see the laptops however they will not report back.
