Help SQL with query
Hi Folks - I have a query that returns all of my pending requests as long as Technician, emailid, request type are filled out. However, there are times people submit tickets by email, therefore, the Request Type isn't filled out. Can you help me adjust this query to return all Open requests where the technician is assigned, the request type is null and the status is open? Mass Periodic Password Reset and Access Control
Hi, How do you proceed when you have let's say 100 servers, with Access Control (with auto-approval) on their accounts passwords and you need to perform a periodic password reset or even manual password reset ? The task fails with the reason "Make a request to administrator to release the password for your access before attempting change password"... The only solution I can see is to use an exclusion on the account performing the password reset, but this is a bit annoying to have accounts escaping

Rules does not after form submission(Emergency)
Dear Sir, Rules does not work after submit a form. All fields are displayed after Submitting the form, even the fields that were hidden under the rules. Technicians see a lot of fields that should not be seen. Some of them are required while they are not in the form based on written rules. This is very important problem and Technicians are confused. Set Scheduled Start Time of a Task when Triggering from a Request
I have set up the triggering of a Task from a Request using the "Automatically trigger tasks once Service Request got Created" option on the Workflow tab of the Request Template configuration. When a Task gets triggered, the Scheduled Start Time appears to be assigned the current time when the Request is submitted. I have a date/time field on the Request that would be more appropriate to use as the Scheduled Start Time of the Task. Is there any way to set up an "On Form Submit" Field & Form Rule

Send reminder from a ticket
Is there a way a tech can schedule a reminder to do some activity and have that be sent to them? I see there is a way to create a reminder but you need to go back into the ticket and read that reminder. Don't see the point of that. If you are already looking at the ticket you don't need the reminder.

Software Metering
I have added 2 different applications to the software metering. I can't get the metering to report. I have removed and re-added the rules for each of the software apps. I verified the Original File name is correct. Also these are software packages that I have manually added the packages to Desktop Central. I would't think that would make any difference but I don't know. Why would these software packages not report?

Load balancing
i have an HA pair of AD Manager App Servers that sit behind a load balancer. My LB is setup to look for a specific file, and then return a favorable HTTP response code to determine the Up/Down Status of the pair. I need to place this file in root of AD Manager Plus's web directory, but I am not able to determine the appropriate location. Has anyone else configured a F5 health monitor to work with AD Manager?

Import Site information using CSV
Does anyone know if you can import Site information using CSV to import the info? As I was trying to demo the product there was no option to do so, thus not allowing me to truly test the product since we have over 40 plus locations to configure. Such a tedious task. Update from 9355 to 9400 Java OutOfMemory Heap Size Error
When trying to upgrade from 9355 to 9400 I keep getting the error Java OutOfMemory heap size. I've tried increasing the xmx specified in the UpdMgr.bat and backup.bat but this doesn't seem to have had any impact. Is there any way to workaround this problem, can I not take a backup when running this update. The VM is already backed up so worst case I can restore. I need to get our service desk updated to the latest as part of the TLS changes for Zoho integration so would appreciate any help.
