Rest api sometimes asks for login credentials/redirect to login page for Add Request operation.

Rest api sometimes asks for login credentials/redirect to login page for Add Request operation.

The first time the page is loaded in a browser it redirects to login screen instead of sending the AddRequest operation. Any idea how to fix this?
