After switching the Database from one mysql to another mysql Database, we are no longer able to see auditreports or define new technicians.

All we get is a message similiar to "No Reports available" and if we want to add a technician, we get a white Square, but the Users won't get listed.

Is there any known way to fix this without reinstalling the tool?
