Reply template multiple lines text
When I create a new reply template form in Templates & Forms / Repli templates and this text is formatted in several separate lines When I later want to use this template, all lines are merged into one or no texts at all I tried the table, but the table was lost I send pictures attached pc1 is a img in whot form the template is saved 3.jpg is img of what a template looks like when I select it in a conversation Is it possible to write a reply template in the separated text lines or to insert a table
Why is a 4 year old ASP (IIS?) patch suddenly showing up today in Desktop Central?
Doing some maintenance today - and saw this patch being referenced for 4 of my Windows 10 machines: https://www.manageengine.com/products/desktop-central/patch-management/Microsoft-ASP.NET-MVC-2/AspNetMVC2.html This patch was issued well before the existence of Windows 10 and appears to be for IIS? Deleted unmanaged monitor still showing under monitors
I have two unmanaged monitors that had been deleted. I'm able to delete these and it won't show anymore under Monitors (good). However, after a few minutes these show up again under Monitors >> Unmanaged. How do I remove these for good? Thanks!
Report on printer status (total copies printed)
Hi all, With my Service Desk plus I regularly scans, using SNMP, our network in order to detect and monitor photocopiers machines. It does a great job on showing in the attribute details the total printed copies status of a specific photocopier but as we have hundreds of them I wondered if it was possible to create a report that would provide a collective overview, listing for each machine, the total copies printed by that machine and possible, other parameters as ink level, paper level etc.. How to associate multiple incidents to a problem record
Hi I am trying to use your Problem Management for the first time. I am unable to link incidents from multiple different customers to a single problem record. How would I do this for multiple customers? So for example if we had a Data Center issue and multiple customers opened an incident ticket - how do I tag all the incidents to a single problem record? Having a separate problem record for each customer defeats the purpose of Problem Management. I am hoping I am missing something here.

Crash on reboot
Our production instance has recently started crashing when the server receives an update and has to restart. Shutting down the services and restarting the server won't work. Problem seems to be with MS SQL connections. If I stop the services and have the DBA close all active connections, a reboot then starts everything immediately. Error logs mention not being able to make connection. We're on 9414 would this be a bug or is this a known issue? It doesn't happen in out dev or test environments. Prod

Change time of permanence of deleted request in the trash.
Is it possible to change the time spent for deleted requests that go to the trash? Currently when deleting a request, it is available in the bin for restoration, for only 24 hours. Is there any way to increase this time? Although by manipulation in the database.
Self-Service password reset broken
Hello, im running into an issue with a new deployment of SerivceDesk Plus MSP. When a user requests a forgotten password reset link, the url that's being sent out is being prefixed with "https://http://". This is only happening with the password reset module, dynamic links in notification emails aren't affected by this. I also would like to know where this template is stored so I can edit the wording. Hello, I have Windows Server with 4 named instances of MS SQL(no default instance). When I add to my dashboard 'Real time graph for a monitor', device name, monitor category MS SQL, monitor Active transactions, pool interval and time window. It shows me Active Transactions for my fourth MS SQL instance(with list of databases). How do I choose 'Real time graph for a monitor' to show me Active Transactions for second MS SQL instance?(there is no instance selection there)
9425 Error
Hi all, We just upgraded to 9425 (Free License) For some reason, when I try to close a ticket, it says the following message: "On changing the site to "Main Office",the associated purchase requests will get removed. I want to run a software report to show all pc with specific software. I can use the current inventory report computers w/without software but one of the software I want to report on shows multiple versions. The software name is ICQ. I want to show what computers have this on it regardless of the version. Is there any feature that I'm overlooking that allows technicians to save documentation for accounts or sites? It would be nice if a tech is working a request that they could just click over to the documentation for that account or site and view things like IP addresses of key pieces of equipment, server OS versions info, usernames, passwords, etc. Right now we document that stuff separately, but having it built into the Service Desk seems like it would simplify things.

I createds a new device template for huawei switch. I added a new monitor to get the CPU utilization.
