weblogic monitor: "Data collection in progress, wait until the next polling interval".

Can you help me with this case?

I have problems with a new monitor for a weblogic server. The problem is the following:

I added the monitor and left a few minutes (more than one day) to collect data, but still does not show any metric.

The following warning notice is displayed at the top of the screen:
"Data Collection in progress. Please wait till the next poll interval."

Now, these are my inquiries and checks.

* From another server if I have managed to ping the failed server, in this way:
java weblogic.Admin -url t3: // hostnewmonitor: 7001 -username system -password xxxxx PING 10

* My .jar files in the folder / AppManager13 / working / classes / weblogic / version10 if they exist and have not been modified

* The host of the monitor if you have communication with the Applications Manager

This seems very strange to me, since I have 64 monitors online and do not have any problem with the collection. But there is only something different to the new aggregate server and it is that the operating system that contains it is RHEL 7.4, while the rest of my weblogic monitors are RHEL 6.X versions and also a test version that has the RHEL 5.5 version and has no problem.

I hope you can guide me, since I have 2 more monitors with these characteristics that are not collecting me.
