How can tasks all finished in change module that sent out the notifications from SDP
Hi,
Would any body please can help to check for the question mentioned as title, we met the tasks assigned in change module, then all finished task in change ticket, then SDP won't send out any notifications of tasks status.
Also I set the notification rule of task in request module, it don't trige the send action.
Thus has any suggestions?
