API. Adding "Email id to notify" (emailcc) in ADD_REQUEST operation

I have issue with a simple thing. When I try to add emailcc in request (ADD_REQUEST) to SD API, API won't adding it (maybe just ignore this parameter). But with other parameters (even costume), I don't have this problem.
