Chrome viewing issue with ServiceDesk Plus 10.0 Build 10002
After upgrading to 10.0 Build 10002 I can no longer see certain parts of the pages when using Chrome. The "Requests" tab is only showing me a grey screen. If I expand the tasks list by click on the arrow on the left hand side and then reload the requests page it works. However if I hide the Tasks list and refresh the page it goes back all grey again. Does anyone have and idea as to what might be causing this? Thanks, Matt

iOS/Android App Logon To Option & Push Notification Pop Up
In our environment we have 3 Domains configured and we have our users enter the Domain and Username in the following format when using AD Self Service Plus Domain\Username. No issue there but, on the iOS App it shows the Logon to option where as in the Android App it does not. Any particular reason why? Is there a way to make it standard for both? (see screenshots below) We would like the Logon To option to be hidden from the mobile app as well, as we have disabled the "Show 'Log on to' option
Times in reports are not Excel compliant
Hi The problem I am having at the moment is since upgrading to SD+ 7.6 (build 7601), when creating reports, fields like Request Created time and Completed time are no longer in an Excel friendly format. Previously they would be written as such: 27/11/2009 14:34 Which, when exported to Excel, Excel understood as a date and time. OS Deployment
How do i use an existing Ghost image or ISO to create an image file for Desktop Central's OS deployment? I have a ghost image file which is a sysprep'd SOE image that I have created, but its at the point where when i image the file, it starts the sysprep process for Windows. I want to use that file as part of the OS Deployment tool in Desktop Central, but i can't find instructions on how to do that.

Client scanning
When I run the scan all I only get about 16 of my 132 machines to show a good scan on. Most give me errors now saying path not found. Which is really annoying. I am running 10.0.236 for the software and just put the latest hotfix onto the server.

Im trying to create a report for a Dashboard and I want it to display Workstations that have value in "Warranty Expiry" that has been passed. So when creating my Report i'm looking for a comparison that says "less than today" where today is a dynamic field that uses a "get_date" function. But if I select "less than" I have to select a date in a picker. Looking at the SQL queries it looks like a pretty hard coded value and dosen't give me what Im looking for. Service Request - Automatically change staus to Closed
I changed the closure rule in ServiceDesk Plus to automatically change the request status to closed when the request is denied, but the request still show open even though it's marked denied, Is there some additional settings that I need to change?

Hi All, I have a little problem I am attempting to work through. I have about 400 workstations which all have printer mapping script shortcuts in the folder. C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs\StartUp\ These shortcuts point to a network shared location which is about to change. Install software to new PC on group
Hello. I configured a template to install software on group of PCs (PC1, PC2, PC3). Template was successfully installed on this group of PCs (PC1, PC2, PC3). But if I'm trying to add a PC4 in this group then a template doesn't install to this PC4. A template needs to be restarted for software to be installed. How to install this template dynamically for ALL PC on this group in condition where this group is changing dynamically?
Desktop Central Web console doesn't open on port 8020.
Hi, Since I have updated Manage Engine Desktop Central to 10.0.275.I cannot open web console on port 8020. I tried installing Windows Server 2012 patches, but the issue is still there. Hi, I read here that when trying to use WOL to a remote site with no agent, the magic packet will get sent as Unicast. Are you talking about a Unicast packet to the actual physical host IP we are trying to "wake up" or a directed broadcast to the remote subnets broadcast address? Being treated as a unicast routing? Hi we use taska a lot. It is very frustasting that we cannot select a bunch of those to edit them massively.
