Survey Link for Public Access

Hi,

Our ServiceDesk is only accessible within a VPN managed network, therefore if a Requester is outside of our network or is not connected to our VPN, he/she won't be able to open the Survey Link.

Will changing below be able for our external Requesters open the Survey Link?
