Problem adding network interfaces
Hi, I've installed Opmanager 7 BN 7025. My servers have 3 network interfaces (external,internal,backup). When i discover the interfaces , opmanager shows 3 interfaces, but when i add all the interfaces, only two are added successfully (external and backup). How can I solve this problem? thanks.
Logging Requests frequently results in a blank screen
We are running SD Plus 7 build 7009 and using the IE 7 browser with all hotfixes. I am being told by our first line team that often when one particular user logs a Request she gets a blank screen instead of a successfully logged Request. When she then goes in to the Request list the one she has just logged is not present. If she tries again the same thing happens again until she closes down her browser and then re-opens it. Software Types in Assets
Is it possible to add additional Software types? I would like to add a software type of Trial Software for all the copies of 30 day trial type software that are out there on our fleet of laptops. This way I could report on them and follow up the purchase or removal of them from the relevant PC's. Also when you change software to Managed is there a way to associate software without causing the associated software to increment the licence count?

Firewall analyzer not recieving the syslog files for Juniper
i have followed the configuration for juniper firewall as show in the user guide of Firewall analyzer but still the juniper firewall is not sending the syslog to Firewall analyzer. The syslog server on the analyzer is showing as up on both port no 514 and 1514. The sofware version on juniper is 5.0.

My organization is driven by employee ID numbers rather than employee names. Is there a way to make the employee ID number appear in the "Requester Details" portion of the request? Is there a way to search requests and pull up all previous requests for a given employee ID number? Purchase Order - Option to select which items are taxed
Currently within the purchase order, there is no place to check if each item are taxable are not. I have many cases within a purchase order there is no tax related to that particular item (i.e electronic recycle fee (monitor purchase) and so on). importing users from AD creates clones
I had imported users/requesters from a csv file in version6 and now enabled AD and imported users. because of the username and password field containing data now I have duplicates for every user. One with log on information and one with assets bound to them. Can I merge these some how? talking about 500 users I don't really want to reassign assets to all of them. This is in a test environment, so I'm not worried yet. If in the future when fields are added in AD like email, will this generate duplicates

Ability to delete Due Date
It should be possible to delete the due date field (put on zero, null, reset) for requests that have no certain point whereby they have to be finished. If a due date is accidentally entered there is no way to get it out. Should be for Admin rights only.

I have set up some file system monitors for directories, but they are not displaying the directory size information. High CPU usage for java.exe & mysqld-nt
We ran in to this problem a few weeks ago, where these 2 processed spiked the cpu at 99% constantly. Using FWA with a Juniper SSG-550. I followed the instructions from another post on this board: "We found the following error in the log files. 1. Unable to parse as Long SENT 2. Unable to parse as Long RECEIVED This could be because of some additional characted "=,<,:" character getting appended to "sent" & "rcvd" attributes. Workstation Import incorrectly maps Service Tag (SDP7)
It appears that when you import Workstation assets via CSV in build 7009 the Service Tag is NOT populated from the field you select in the import process. I have my CSV mapped out as per the import layouy for workstations, so named as per screen and in the same order., just to make the import as me proof as possible. However the Service Tag ( 3rd field in the file ) is not making its way onto the database, it is being overriden by the MANUFACTURER. In the end I've put the Service Tag info into the
VPN Reports not correct
Hi, I'm confused as what you classify as VPN traffic. In looking at my own reports as well as the reports on your demo server, there is little difference between VPN reports and conversation reports. In fact, most of the items on the VPN report would just be normal unsecured traffic. Why are the VPN reports including web and mail traffic? This problem appears across all brands of devices it seems. I would assume that only IKE/ESP/PPTP or maybe even SSL would appear in this report but not traffic
FwA stops receiving data
I'm using the day 30 demo of Firewall Analyzer and it's a great. But I seem to have a lot of problems getting it to receiving data though for any length of time! - build 4033, version 4.0.3 1 ASA 5510 connected Running on Windows Server 2003 Standard SP1, server: Dual Intel Pentium Xeon 2.8Ghz, 1GB RAM, 250GB drivespace, Gigabit Ethernet I get data for up to an hour, then nothing. SDP asset discover Cisco phone 7961 series
Hello, I have a request by our telecom specialist whether we caould include our TOIP phones in the asset discovery of SDP. Cisco 7961 series phones. I have tried using a network scan and the correct snmp community string but i receive RCP errors. I am wondering if this is possible and if anyone else has been able to be successfull scanning these devices? We get the ip and DNS, but need also the MAC anything else would be a bonus. Doing this manually is not really an option due to the volume of devices.

netscreen attack logs not parsing
Hello I`m testing trial version of FA Build Version 4.0.3 Build Number 4033 with our Juniper SSG-140 netscreen firewall (version 5.4.0r5.0). All traffic log is nice and reports are OK except attack logs. I checked that logs are on firewall analyzer server, but in security statistic justs shows denied events and attack reports ar empty. where could be problem?

Does NetFlow Analyzer v6.1 support netflow collection from more that 5 routing devices given that is the limit on the number of listeners that can be configured?
Matching packet counts on the line between two interfaces
Folks, I am monitoring a both interfaces on a T3, and one thing I noticed was that data transfers/packet counts for a given flow do not match. What I mean is the following: NFA reports 1Gb/1000000 packets out sent on a T3 interface, but reports only 700M/700000 packets in on the incoming interface on the other end of the T3. It cannot be a 30% loss over T3, as my app reports receiving 1Gb of data as it supposed to. It is a TCP app, so I know it got 1Gb worth of data. Any suggestions? Could it be
