Ping not available
I am trying to monitor a windows 2003 server across two firewalls. I am able to create the windows server monitor using wmi but then I get an error "System is down, Ping test failed" and it is reported as being down.
I read the troubleshooting section on disabling ping but my config file didn't have the entries that the troubleshooting item had.
I have another server on the same network that is being reported as unknown and it is being reported as being up.
Any help greatly appreciated.
I am using the latest version of Application Manager with the latest service pack.
