Customized User Forms?
Hello,
We are evaluating the software and are very close to purchasing it, except for one question.
Is there a way to customize the user request forms for specific categories? More to the point, for some categories we would like to force the user to select only from drop down menus and disable the description field.
Is there any feature planned or implemented that would allow unique user request forms for specific categories.
