Hardware Requirements
I found the minimum hardware requirements for Service Desk on the web, but I'm having trouble finding the recommended hardware requirements for the software when it has hundreds of users accessing it.
Is there a standard metric of I need X amount of resources per user? I have 5-6 techs and about 500 end users. In the next few years the number of users will jump to 800. Thanks.
