When we logon to the website for the servicedesk a login pop-up shows up. I've configured the "Pass-through" Authentication. How can i remove the pop-up screen?

SCP questions
I am working with the new SCP functionality in the 5100 build and have run into a couple issues. 1. So far I have backups working properly using SSH - SCP protocol, but I've noticed for configuration uploads via the 'drafts' feature that TFTP instead of SCP is used to transfer the draft configuration to the device. SelfService Portal doesn't work with IE7
I've got SSP as a trusted site in IE7 with security set as low as possible. Latest Flash and Java versions installed on this PC. We one account, SSP will allow me to log in and set up questions but when I try to login to unlock the account, I cannot get past typing the username and selecting the domain. After I hit enter, the screen returns to Verify user screen. With another account, I can log in and set up questions, as well as unlock my account successfull. This only happens in IE7. When I use
ESX Server VMware CPU Utilization is over 1000%
I have a VMware ESX server that is being monitored in Opmanager and I just added the monitors for CPU Utilization and it is showing that two of the machines are using over 1000%! One is listed as 3192% and the other is at 39246%. Is there something that I am doing incorrectly? Thanks, Joe

Problem with Exchange Monitoring
Hi, I'm evaluating build 7101 of OpManager and on the whole it seems to work quite well. However, I'm having a problem getting the monitoring of our Exchange 2003 server to work correctly. Every time I try to test one of the Exchange monitors I always get a message back saying the monitor did not respond to the test request. I've tried the following to try and fix the problem: I've triple checked the logon credentials and they are correct I've checked the permissions for DCOM & WMI on the Exchange
Purchase Order / Asset Issue
We have an item/product/asset on a purchase order that cannot be 'received'. All other items on the order have been received ok but one item in particular will not allow you to edit the number received or receive full stop. We have tried removing the item from the purchase order and re-adding it, removing the item and creating a new purchase order containing just that item but to no avail. Reporting Help
I am wondering if it would be possible for someone to help me out with this. I have asked before, and havent gotten an answer.. I need to run a couple of reports, and and by no means an SQL guy. I need a report that shows time to close, one that shows the number of over due tickets. Also, is there a way to split the reports that get generated into two. Meaning, one report of just the graph image, and one the info? Thanks!
Notification after more than one check
Is there a way to delay the notification of a downed server until the second or third time it's reported down? We have a Windows service that is scheduled to stop and restart when it receives updates. We don't need to know that it went down for that, only if it goes down and stays down. -Thank you.

services fails to start after 7017 update
hello, we've updated our 7015 version to version 7017. When updating i've choosen to make an automatic backup of the db, update took like 10 minutes or so, after completion we've rebooted the server. now when trying to start the server all seems to go fine only at the end of the servicedeskplus splash screen it hangs on 'application layer' i've tried to stop the db with stopdb.exe and startdb.exe then startsdp.exe but without luck. then i tried to restore to the older db since servicesdesk made a

SLA Violated requests by Priority
I am running the ""SLA Violated requests by Priority "" report in SD+7008, and am not returning results for all my Priorities, I have 5 priorities with P1 being most urgent and P5 being least urgent, now when I run the SLA violated requests by priority report it only shows P1-P4 Why is this so?? Likewise none of my P5 requests(least urgent) show up with a due by date(as can be seen in doco attached) Hope this makes sense?

ServiceDesk will not start
ServiceDesk will not start since last Friday. Im on Windows Server 2003. run.bat throws "Unclean shutdown of previous run. Failed to start the server. Please refer logs for more details." 7017 Update
We have just updated SD to version 7017, no errors encountered during the install process. Upon trying to run the "Run.bat" to start the server back up, the cmd prompt window displays a "failure" under Servicedesk, then the window crashes. We cannot uninstall this update as the update manager says that an uninstall in not available. Please assist with this problem Immediately as we cannot afford this downtime.
Business Rules by e-mail address
I currently have a setup where the service desk account collects e-mail sent to itsupport@domain.com and files it in the IT Support group. What I want to do is add a second e-mail address to the service desk account and then setup a business rule so that if To is rfc@domain.com then the e-mail is put into the group Change Control. However, experiments thus far result in all the e-mail being put into IT Support, regardless of which e-mail address i used.
Acknowledged Alarms & recent alarm log
Any chance that once an Alarm has been acknowledged that it is removed only from the recent alarm log? At present the only way to remove an alarm from here is to clear it however as an Operations team, we only want to know about recent un-acknowledged alarms, not acknowldged ones.
